What we offer
The services are the ones described on this site: business news and research, free assessments and tools, digital products, and consulting. Each page states what its offer actually is. We do not sell anything the site does not describe.
Definitions
A handful of words carry a specific meaning throughout these terms.
- "AHoosh", "we", "us", "our" — the AHoosh site and services, operated by H. Jafarzadeh.
- "You" — the person using the site, or the business you represent when you do.
- "Content" — the articles, research, tools, and materials we publish.
- "Assessment" — the personality, leadership, business, or website tools on the site.
- "Digital Product" — anything you buy through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, and either acting for yourself or with the authority to bind a business, to use the site or buy anything from it. If that is not you, please do not use it.
Assessments
The assessments are informational. The personality and leadership assessments are not a clinical or diagnostic instrument. They are not medical or psychiatric advice, they do not identify any condition, and no one should be hired, fired, screened or judged on the basis of them — including by us. If you are worried about your mental health, speak to a qualified professional.
The business and website assessments are likewise not professional, legal or financial advice. Results depend on what you enter: honest input produces a useful read, thin input produces a thin one. Decisions you take from them are yours.
By submitting your email to receive results, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, which sets out exactly how your answers are handled.
Digital products and refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who also handle any payment dispute.
If a product does not work as described, you have 14 days to get your money back. Contact us first at [email protected] — most problems are fixed the same day.
Consulting
Consulting engagements are governed by their own individual agreements. Where an agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins for that engagement.
Content, research and market data
The articles, market data, and research on this site are for general information. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or avoid anything. Markets and regulations move — verify anything material before acting on it, and get advice specific to your situation where the stakes are real.
Licences and intellectual property
Buying a digital product grants you a personal or single-business-use licence. It does not include resale, redistribution or repackaging. An agency licence, for using a product on client work, is sold separately. Everything on this site — text, design, code and assessments — belongs to us unless marked otherwise.
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you give us the right to use them without owing you anything for it.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, scrape it wholesale, reverse-engineer the assessments to rebuild them elsewhere, use the tools to attack anyone else, impersonate another person or business, or submit someone else's data without their permission. We may suspend access if you do.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site rely on outside providers — payment processing, hosting, AI generation, email delivery. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly who and why. We are not responsible for an outage or failure on their end, though we will tell you if one affects you.
Liability and outcomes
We do not promise specific business results — nobody honestly can. What we promise is simpler: we say what we will do, and we do it.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
Indemnity
If your use of the site breaks these terms, the law, or someone else's rights, you agree to cover any claim, loss, or reasonable cost that results for us.
Force majeure
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something reasonably outside our control — an outage at a provider we rely on, internet or power failure, natural disaster, war, or government action. We will restore normal service as soon as we reasonably can.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or use the site in a way that risks it, us, or other users. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. Sections that by their nature should outlive your access — liability, indemnity, IP, and governing law — continue to apply after it ends.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first at [email protected] — most things are resolved directly, and quickly. If we cannot resolve it between us within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts named below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved under the section above.
General terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a business transfer, and will tell you if we do. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship between us. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any consulting agreement, are the entire agreement between us on the subject.
